The Maas Building offers space rentals as Second Floor, or Full Building rentals. Please see below for details.
Second floor rental;
The Second floor rental is available year round for private events, art performances, rehearsals, classes, and photoshoots.
THE MAAS EVENT SPACE
Full Building Rental;
In addition to the Second floor rental, the Full Building rental includes access to the Garden/Patio and 5th Side as well as a full kitchen and possible addition of the cottage suite.
The Garden and 5th side are open air and are available April-November.
